MEET DARIAN “WAVEZ” BREWER

 

Darian Brewer, professionally known as Wavez or @IAMWAVEZ, is a versatile voice actor and performer whose work spans animation, video games, commercials, dubbing/ADR, film, and live-action performance.

With a voice capable of moving from low, cinematic and commanding to youthful, energetic, comedic, emotional, and character-driven, Darian brings a wide range of personalities to the booth. Their credits include Prince Seijun in Legend of Prince Syren, Wavez in Allure, Kurisu in Chikara Power of God, Omar in My Genie and I, and numerous animation, gaming, dubbing, and commercial projects. Their commercial work includes a Genshin Impact live-action commercial, as well as additional commercial campaigns.

Darian's animation and character credits include projects such as Legend of Prince Syren, Chikara Power of God, Allure, Gotails, Nexus: Divine Link, T.O.W.A Rising, Matches, Grianmold: Assassin Mage, Natural Born Loser, My Genie and I, and Augur. Their video-game work includes Bakemono – Demon Brigade, Illusion Within, Teenage Warriors: Ice Hotel, Arcane Fist, Everybody’s Stranger, and Kapree. Their dubbing/ADR experience includes projects such as Age of Reason, Call the Doctor, Tight Rope, Trouble Waters, Don’t Disrespect Halloween 5, and Jujutsu Kaisen.

Beyond voice acting, Darian has expanded into on-camera performance and film, including background acting in the upcoming film Golden Orb and the film Streak, directed by Steve Bryne.

Darian's professional training includes Grand Central Performing Arts Academy, along with voice-over and performance training from Keythe Farley, Andrea Toyias, Rachel Stolky, Richard Gilbert Hill, Anthony Rodrigues, Arielle Negrin, and Sean Dillingham, covering video-game voice acting, anime voice-over, diction, speech, ADR, improv, musical theatre, and performance.

Their studio setup is designed for professional remote production, featuring a soundproof recording booth, Neumann TLM 103 and Audio-Technica 4040 microphones, Focusrite/M-Audio interfaces, Adobe Audition, Source-Connect, and a broadcast-quality recording environment. Their resume lists a studio noise floor of approximately -60 dB.
